Demotivation

Abstrak

Phenomenon Demotivation Is One Of The Many Problems In Learning And Learning Arabic Which Is Often And Even Neglected in Islamic School. Both at the level elementary,junior and secondary islamic school. Due to Arabic Learning Only Focusing On The Process Of Planning And Implementation Without Including Psychological Aspects Of Student Learning In-depth. Motivation Is One Of Those Psychological Aspects. The Very Influential In Moving Someone To Learn And Motivation That Leads Student Behavior Of Achieving The Purpose Of Learning Wanted. This Research Using Qualitative Approach With Descriptive Analytical Method. To Collect Researcher Data Using Observation, Interview And Documentation Methods. And Step Data Analysis Begins With Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation And Conclusion Using Milles And Huberman Models. The Results of This Study are: 1) The Occurrence Of Student Demotivation Process From Originally Motivated To Be Changed And Decreased While Interest, Spirit And Motivation Caused By The Number Of Factors That Influence The Changes Of Student Learning Behavior. The Differences And Changes in Behavior Are Characterized By The Lazy Listening to Master's Explanations, Sleeping When Learning, Playing games, Interfering Friends, And Making Classes Difficult According To Dornyei Explained. And 2) Factors Affecting Demotivation Can Be Grouped To Be Internal And External Factors. Internal Factors Include Early Student Ability, Negative Attitudes Against Arabic And Negative Attitudes To Arabic Speakers. And External Factors Include Comparative Language Characteristics, Teaching Materials And Methods Used, Teachers As Triggers Demotivation And Environment And Facilities That Do Not Support. And 3) After Knowing the Process of Student Demotivation Relaitas So Teacher Efforts In Generating Student Motivation Include: Making Additional Programs, Formulation Methods And A Diverse Approach, Praise And Clarify Learning Objectives And Environmental Cultivation And Provision of Additional Punishment.
