Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong perubahan besar dalam manajemen rantai pasok e-commerce. Namun, integrasi digital yang belum merata dan kurangnya strategi implementasi masih menjadi hambatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh innovativeness, supply chain visibility, dan supply chain agility terhadap supply chain performance, serta peran moderasi digital supply chain integration pada pelaku e-commerce di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei kuantitatif dengan 207 responden, dan data dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok. Digital supply chain integration memoderasi secara positif hubungan innovativeness dan visibility terhadap kinerja, namun menunjukkan moderasi negatif pada hubungan agility. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa digitalisasi harus diimplementasikan secara strategis agar mampu memperkuat kapabilitas internal dan meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan e-commerce di tengah pasar yang dinamis
