Mulai tahun 2023, EduFisika: Jurnal Pendidikan Fisika akan menerbitkan masalah 3 kali setahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus dan Desember setiap tahun. Dan kami juga membuat perubahan pada templat untuk mendukung peningkatan akreditasi EduFisika: Jurnal Pendidikan Fisika, dan kami hanya akan menerima dan menerbitkan artikel yang menggunakan bahasa Inggris mulai dari Vol. 8 No. 1 2023. Kami meminta pemahaman dan kerja sama. Dan kami sedang menunggu artikel dari Hadirin sekalian yang belum diterbitkan untuk diterbitkan di EduFisika: Jurnal Pendidikan Fisika

    We are proud to announce that based on the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Research and Technology No. 177/E/KPT/2024, the EduFisika: Jurnal Pendidikan Fisika Journal has received National Accreditation [SINTA 3].

    SINTA accreditation is an assessment and approval process carried out by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia to recognize the quality and reputation of scientific journals published in Indonesia. SINTA is a national accreditation system that helps researchers measure the impact of their research. Journals that receive SINTA accreditation have gone through a careful evaluation process and meet the specified criteria.

    EduFisika: Jurnal Pendidikan Fisika is dedicated to advancing knowledge and research in the field of physics education. The journal focuses on several key areas, including physics education, physics as a discipline, science education in general, evaluation and measurement of education, and integration of technology in physics learning both in Indonesia and in a global context. EduFisika encourages submission of research articles, literature reviews, and other scholarly contributions that expand our understanding of physics education and its various dimensions. The focus and scope of this journal cover a wide range of topics that contribute to the advancement of physics education and related fields.

  • EduFisika: Jurnal Pendidikan Fisika is Awarded The DOAJ Seal

    We proudly announce that the EduFisika: Jurnal Pendidikan Fisika has been awarded the DOAJ Seal for journals with outstanding open-access practice and exceptionally high publishing standards by the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).

    The DOAJ Seal is awarded to journals demonstrating the best open-access publishing practices. Around 10% of journals indexed in DOAJ have been awarded the Seal.

    There are seven criteria that a journal must meet to be eligible for the DOAJ Seal. These relate to best practices in long-term preservation, use of persistent identifiers, discoverability, reuse policies, and authors' rights.

    All seven criteria must be met for a journal to be awarded the Seal. Failure to maintain the best practice and standards described in these criteria may lead to removing the Seal.

    1. Digital preservation (The journal content must be continuously deposited)
    2. Persistent article identifiers (Articles must use persistent article identifiers (DOI))
    3. Metadata supply to DOAJ (Article metadata must be uploaded to DOAJ regularly)
    4. License type (The journal must permit the use of a Creative Commons license that allows the creation of derivative products)
    5. License information in articles (Creative Commons licensing information must be displayed in all full-text article formats)
    6. Copyright and publishing rights (Authors must retain unrestricted copyright and all publishing rights when publishing under any license permitted by the journal)
    7. Self-archiving policy (Authors must be permitted to deposit all versions of their paper in an institutional or subject repository, an embargo not applied)

  • EduFisika: Jurnal Pendidikan Fisika is Now Indexed in DOAJ

    EduFisika: Jurnal Pendidikan Fisika is pleased to announce that we are now listed in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). You will notice that in addition to being listed, Edu. Jur. Pend. Fis. Fis Articles are also being indexed and presented as a part of the DOAJ database (something that not all journals make available).

    The DOAJ “aims to be comprehensive and cover all open access scientific and scholarly journals that use a quality control system to guarantee the content. In short, the DOAJ aims to be THE one stop shop for users of open access journals.†As such, it is an important database to be listed in – metadata and other information from the DOAJ flows into several secondary databases, so our inclusion is important in ensuring that EduFisika: Jurnal Pendidikan Fisika is appropriately indexed as widely as possible.
