Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan kepemimpinan kolaboratif oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan data dari sumber terpercaya seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan publikasi resmi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kolaboratif dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan memperkuat kerjasama dan komunikasi antara kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Dalam kepemimpinan kolaboratif, kepala sekolah merupakan fasilitator yang mendorong partisipasi aktif semua pihak dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dan pelaksanaan program. Selain itu, kepala sekolah juga dapat menciptakan budaya sekolah yang mendukung kolaborasi dan memfasilitasi pengembangan keprofesian guru. Rekomendasi meliputi pentingnya pelatihan kepemimpinan kolaboratif bagi kepala sekolah, pengembangan budaya sekolah yang mendukung kolaborasi, dan penghargaan atas partisipasi aktif dalam proses kolaboratif.
