Abstrak

Penelitian ini merupakan yang pertama melakukan tinjauan sistematis terhadap konsep karakter toleransi dalam konteks pembelajaran fisika. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengertian, pengukuran, dan pengembangan karakter toleransi pada siswa SMA melalui pembelajaran fisika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tinjauan pustaka. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mencari beberapa artikel ilmiah hasil penelitian terdahulu tentang karakter toleransi yang terdapat pada Google Scholar, kemudian diteliti dan diambil kesimpulannya. Hasil analisis artikel mengenai karakter toleransi dalam pembelajaran fisika di SMA diperoleh bahwa karakter toleransi merupakan karakter yang perlu ditanamkan pada diri siswa pada jenjang pendidikan SMA melalui pembelajaran fisika. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi manfaat, tantangan, dan strategi menumbuhkan toleransi dalam pembelajaran fisika, seperti meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi siswa, mengatasi miskonsepsi dan stereotip, serta menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri, berbasis masalah, dan kooperatif. metode. Karakter toleransi ini dapat diajarkan dan diterapkan dalam dunia pendidikan melalui pembelajaran, salah satunya adalah pembelajaran fisika. Kebaruan penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran komprehensif dan sistematis dari literatur yang ada tentang konsep karakter toleransi dalam konteks pembelajaran fisika. Penelitian tersebut juga menambah literatur pendidikan fisika dan pendidikan karakter dengan menyoroti peran pembelajaran fisika dalam meningkatkan karakter toleransi siswa SMA.
