Abstrak

Abstrak :

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrumen non-tes untuk mengukur motivasi belajar siswa pada materi Usaha dan Energi dalam pembelajaran berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL). Instrumen dikembangkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan evaluasi motivasi belajar yang valid dan reliabel pada konteks pembelajaran fisika modern. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan analisis validitas konstruk melalui Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) dan Conffirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Sebanyak 150 responden terlibat dalam pengujian instrumen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan reliabilitas sangat tinggi dengan nilai Cronbach's Alpha sebesar 0,95 serta nilai KMOabilitas sebesar 0,83 yang menandakan kelayakan data untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Uji Bartlett menunjukkan signifikansi 0,000. EFA mengekstraksi dua faktor utama yang menjelaskan 53% varians total. CFA menunjukkan model dua faktor memiliki kecocokan moderat (CFI = 0,797; TLI = 0,772; RMSEA = 0,129; SRMR = 0,074). Kesimpulannya, instrumen yang dikembangkan layak digunakan untuk mengukur motivasi belajar siswa dengan struktur dua faktor meskipun diperlukan perbaikan model lanjutan untuk meningkatkan indeks fit.
