Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemenuhan hak pendidikan bagi Anak Didik Pemasyarakatan (Andikpas) di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Kelas I Palembang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemenuhan hak pendidikan di LPKA Kelas I Palembang dilaksanakan melalui dua bentuk layanan, yaitu pendidikan formal melalui sekolah filial bekerja sama dengan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Palembang dan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, serta pendidikan nonformal melalui program kejar paket bekerja sama dengan SKB Banyuasin. Sekolah filial yang terdiri dari jenjang SD, SMP, dan SMA memungkinkan Andikpas memperoleh pendidikan setara sekolah reguler dengan tenaga pengajar dari sekolah induk. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pemenuhan hak pendidikan bagi anak berhadapan dengan hukum merupakan bagian fundamental dari upaya rehabilitasi dan reintegrasi sosial, serta LPKA Palembang telah menjadi model percontohan nasional dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan bagi Andikpas
