KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DALAM KONTEKS KEBERAGAMAN BUDAYA: SUATU TINJAUAN LITERATUR

Abstract

Studi ini menyajikan tinjauan pustaka sistematis tentang kepemimpinan transformasional dan keberagaman budaya, yang merangkum temuan dari 28 artikel tinjauan sejawat yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2004 dan 2025. Tinjauan ini menyoroti bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, yang dicirikan oleh pengaruh ideal, motivasi inspiratif, stimulasi intelektual, dan pertimbangan individual, tetap sangat relevan dalam lingkungan organisasi yang beragam. Bukti menunjukkan bahwa efektivitasnya meluas ke berbagai sektor seperti pendidikan tinggi, layanan kesehatan, organisasi nirlaba, dan bisnis global. Namun, konteks budaya secara signifikan membentuk bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional dipersepsikan dan dijalankan, dengan kecerdasan budaya dan kepekaan terhadap identitas global dan lokal muncul sebagai faktor moderasi yang krusial. Lebih lanjut, tinjauan ini menggarisbawahi peran kepemimpinan transformasional yang terus berkembang dalam lingkungan digital dan virtual, di mana inklusivitas dan adaptabilitas sangat penting. Secara keseluruhan, temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, ketika diintegrasikan dengan kesadaran budaya, menawarkan kerangka kerja yang dinamis untuk mendorong inovasi, kolaborasi, dan hasil organisasi yang berkelanjutan dalam konteks multikultural yang semakin kompleks.
