Based on ISSN Decree Number: 0005.26157705/JI.3.1./SK.ISSN/2018.03, starting in 2026, to improve publication efficiency and content quality, this journal will be published six times a year in February, April, June, August, October, and December.

Manuscript acceptance is open year-round. Before submitting a manuscript, ensure that it is written in Indonesian or English and meets our focus, scope, and writing guidelines. Requirements regarding manuscript standards and format can be found in the Author Guidelines and Templates section.

Pena: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra (Pena: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra) only accepts original, plagiarism-free articles that are not in the process of being published elsewhere. Each manuscript will be edited by the editor and carefully reviewed by peer reviewers.
