We are proud to present Chempublish Journal, Volume 9, Number 2, December 2025, marking another significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to advancing high-quality research and strengthening international collaboration in the chemical sciences. On behalf of the Editorial Team, we express our sincere appreciation to the authors, reviewers, and the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science and Technology, Universitas Jambi, as the sponsoring institution, for their continued dedication and invaluable support. Their contributions play a vital role in sustaining the journal’s academic excellence and international standing.
This issue features twelve rigorously peer-reviewed articles authored by researchers from Malaysia, Japan, and Indonesia, reflecting the journal’s growing international reach. The published papers present innovative and original research across a wide range of chemical disciplines, including bioactive compounds, anticorrosion science, biological pharmacy, computational chemistry, material and metabolomic chemistry, and supramolecular chemistry. Collectively, these contributions highlight emerging trends and cutting-edge approaches addressing both fundamental and applied challenges in modern chemistry.
We are also pleased to welcome new members to the Editorial Team. Comprising distinguished scholars from diverse fields of chemistry, the editorial board continues to strengthen the journal’s scholarly vision and reinforces its role as a dynamic international platform for scientific exchange. Chempublish Journal is a multidisciplinary forum dedicated to the dissemination of original research articles, comprehensive review papers, and invited communications in chemistry and its allied fields, including chemistry education, applied chemistry, computational chemistry, and chemical engineering. Published every June and December, the journal remains committed to supporting the advancement of chemical sciences through impactful and high-quality publications.

Up to the current issue (Vol. 9 No. 1, 2025), the journal has published articles authored and co-authored by researchers from four countries (Gambia, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Indonesia) which covered original research on the bioactive compound, anti-corrosion, biological pharmacy, computational chemistry, material chemistry, metabolomic chemistry, and supramolecular chemistry, reflecting its growing international reach and collaborative research contributions.
