This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) through the use of audio-visual media. Initial observations revealed low student interest in rhythmic gymnastics material, which was perceived as monotonous and less relevant. The research was conducted in two cycles using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, with each cycle involving planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The results indicated an increase in the students' average score from 65 (pre-test) to 75 (post-test) in the first cycle, and further improvement to 85 in the second cycle after enhancing the quality of media and instructional strategies. The use of audio-visual media proved effective in increasing student engagement, facilitating material comprehension, and providing a more engaging learning experience. This study recommends improving infrastructure and teacher training to maximize the use of audio-visual media in teaching.
