PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, KOMITMENT OGRANISASI, SENSE OF BELONGING, LITERASI DIGITAL DAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN PROTOKOL DAN KOMUNIKASI PIMPINAN DAERAH KOTA TANJUNGPINANG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, komitmen organisasi, sense of belonging, literasi digital, dan teknologi informasi terhadap efektivitas pelayanan Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Daerah Kota Tanjungpinang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori. Seluruh pegawai Unit Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan sebanyak 42 orang dijadikan sampel melalui teknik sensus. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelayanan. Secara parsial, kompetensi, komitmen organisasi, literasi digital, dan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan sense of belonging berpengaruh positif namun berada pada batas minimum signifikansi. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa model mampu menjelaskan 56,4 persen variasi efektivitas pelayanan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kapasitas aparatur, komitmen organisasi, serta dukungan teknologi informasi terintegrasi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan protokol dan komunikasi pimpinan daerah.
